Hi! I’m Daisy
I TURN MOMENTS INTO MOVIES.
"From cringey YouTube cliffhangers at age ten to professional filmmaking. Let’s create something people actually want to watch."
It started with a (very low-budget) dream.
I’ve basically been glued to a camera since 2015. Back then, I was a 10-year-old running a YouTube channel, forcing my best friends to act in dramatic cliffhangers and editing trailers like my life depended on it. Looking back, the editing was... let’s say questionable, but the passion was real.
Even my "boring" family vlogs or guitar unboxings had to feel like a cinematic experience. If a vacation didn’t look like an indie movie trailer, did it even happen? In 2019, while road-tripping through Europe, I realized this wasn't just a phase. I wasn't just recording memories; I was telling stories.
I’m a total film nerd. If you look me up on Letterboxd, you’ll see I spend way too much time analyzing why movies like The Perks of Being a Wallflower or Dead Poets Society make us cry. I have a weak spot for tragic romances and "finding yourself" stories, no cheesy rom-coms, please… well, maybe sometimes.
I take that "big-screen" energy into everything I do. Whether I’m filming an aftermovie at a cucumber farm (yes, really!), capturing a wedding, a concert, or directing a short film, I’m looking for that raw, human spark.
The End Goal? Directing feature films. But until then, I’m bringing that same cinematic lens to your story. Because your message shouldn't just be seen, it should be felt.
Not just a vibe, but a feeling.
When I’m not obsessing over frame rates...
I probably have too many hobbies for my own good, but here’s the shortlist:
Mountain Chasing: I’m happiest in the mountains or wandering through places like Seville (check out my docu Scenes of Seville!). Oregon and New Zealand, I’m coming for you next.
The Soundtrack: I grew up in a loud, musical family of six. I play guitar, piano, and ukulele. Music is usually the starting point for all my edits.
Concert Hopping: You’ll find me in the crowd at Noah Kahan, The Lumineers, or shamelessly singing along to Harry Styles.
Bookworm: Basically reading the book versions of the indie movies I love.
Ready to roll?
I believe even the smallest moments deserve a cinematic lens. Whether you have a brand to build or a love story to tell, let’s make it look legendary.
P.S. Seriously, go follow my Letterboxd so we can argue about movies.
